Ristantino “Chris” Alfiche, 85, of Hilo died Aug. 17 at home. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired master carpenter, member of Hawaii Carpenters Union Local 745 and avid fisherman. Private services. Survived by sons, Phillip Alfiche of Honolulu and Peter (Margaret) Alfiche of Alaska; daughters, Lovelyn “Lolly” (Victor) Boranian of Arizona and Rose “Loke” Alfiche of Puna; daughter-in-law, Brenda Alfiche of Kaneohe; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Ortogero, Lorraine (Alejandro) Eslit and Felicidad Kaleleiki of Ewa Beach, Oahu; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
